Good Evening Stingrays!  

Many of you have been concerned and worried about the Stroke and Turn position that you have signed up for.  This is something I should have sent out weeks ago and it completely slipped my mind.  Not to worry, I'm working on the way to link these videos to our team site so that they are available to all. 

Below is the link from USA swimming that is used for training swim officials on all the rules and regulations.  We don't need to be concerned with anything past the 5 stroke videos at the beginning titled "how to officiate [stroke]".  Please take 20 minutes to go through the videos and familiarize yourselves with what you will be looking for as a stroke and turn judge.  If you have volunteered for the position and are still uncomfortable working the position at the meets, then feel free to work amongst yourselves to swap with someone who wouldn't mind being the stroke and turn judge.
