Good Evening Parents!  

Below is the information for our first home meet against the Ballantyne Barricudas!

📍 Address: 8800 Tintinhull Rd, Waxhaw NC 28173

🕒 Arrival & Warm-Up Schedule

• Home team warm-up: 5:10 PM
• Away team warm-up: 5:30 PM
• Pool cleared by: 5:55 PM
• Meet begins: Event 1, Heat 1 will start promptly by 6:00 PM

The away team sits on the side of the pool where the pavilion is located. Please note no one is allowed sitting behind the blocks. That section and the sections directly adjacent to the blocks are reserved for clerk of course and swimmers.

🏊 Officials & Timers

• Timer & Official Meeting: 5:40 PM by the clubhouse

We switch our volunteers at the half immediately after the IM.  If you have signed up for a position and do not fulfill it, you will be assigned to work a position at another meet you have a swimmer in, ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE!

🚗 Parking

• Please do not arrive before 5:00 PM unless you are on setup duty or want to help those on setup duty.  
• We highly recommend carpooling or even walking if feasible.
• Park only on the clubhouse/pool side of Tintinhull Road. If you choose to park on Chatsworth Rd directly to the right of the main entrance, please use the right side of the road.

🍴 Concessions

We will have Vita de Pizza, The International Truck of Tacos, and Maui Açaí food trucks, in addition to our team concessions available at this meet.

🏊 Pool & Clerk of Course Details

Our pool has 6 lanes, 25 meters in length. We are not a dive pool — the blocks that are installed are purely for backstroke take-offs. All of our events will be in-water starts.

Clerk of Course:

• Home team: on the right side of the pool adjacent to the baby pool.
• Away team: directly across from the home team on the opposite side of the pool.

Restrooms: Located adjacent to the clubhouse.
